For all lease-to-own purchases financed through Kafene, Koalafi, Snap Finance, or Progressive Leasing, customers must contact the finance company directly regarding returns, cancellations, lease questions, or account issues.

Credit Card & Affirm Purchases

• Refunds or returns must be initiated within 10 days from the date of purchase.
• Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
• Items must not have been installed, mounted, or used.
• The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
• A credit will be issued only after the returned item is received and inspected by our team.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
