I was trying to search for tires online and for some reason I wasn’t able to find them. So I had called the company and spoke with a guy named Dan and he informed me that there was a glitch in their system and that he would call me back and let me know when it was fixed. Within 30 minutes he had messaged me stating that the Website was good to go and if I had any questions to let him know and he would be able to help me out. I ordered tires that night which was 2/27 and I had them by 3/1 at my doorstep by FedEx. Probably the best service I’ve ever had! Highly recommend, and I will definitely be ordering tires through him from now on. Super easy and a smooth service, considering I ordered big tires ????

I can't believe the service I received from this company. This all started after my wife suggested we buy my dad tires for Father's Day. So I searched Progressive leasing site for tire retailers. And there were none nearby so I then decided to look at online based sites, and Dan the tire man popped up along with a few others. I dug a bit deeper and found that Dan the tire man had the best reputation! So, I applied on Progressives site and got approved and started looking, but this was late at night, so I decided to look the next day. The next morning I was greeted by a text from Rick, one of the associates, congratulating me for the approval and telling me if I had any question to text them. I thought this was just an automated response, but I did have some questions about the tires I wanted to purchase. So I texted them. And very shortly after, I got a response answering my question! So, I was decided on a set of 4 tires for my dad's truck. But I noticed that their prices were so good, that I was actually able to afford to get my wife a set of tires for her car too! And for about half the day I was looking through all the different makes and models of the tires they had to offer for her vehicle. I asked the opinion of Rick on half a dozen different tires for her vehicle, and eventually just asked him what a good set of tires would be for out here in Colorado. He gave me a few different options and I finally made up my mind. After having 2 full sets of tires in my cart, I still had money left over in my budget! I placed my order, and they emailed me over everything I needed within 20 minutes. My dad is super excited to get the tires he has wanted for years, and my wife will have an outstanding set of tires for her new vehicle. These guys are phenomenal. And I can't wait for the tires to get delivered, and mounted on both vehicles. I will definitely use these guys again.

Rick was so helpful & professional at the same time. He kept in contact with me, so I knew what was going on the entire time. Wasn’t sure how it would work being that I’m in Hawaii, but it ran super smooth. The lease to own option is great for those of us that are on an extremely tight budget and can’t afford to buy 2 or more tires at once. It was a quick application with fast approval. They have a distributor in Kapolei, so I didn’t have to wait for days. The entire process took hours-from applying for the lease to own, Rick making sure the distributor had the amount of tires that I needed, to picking the tires up. Too bad the distributor didn’t mount and balance. That would have been wonderful. Highly recommend danthetireman! Will return for more. Thank you so much!
