Picture of the non-repairable road hazard must be emailed to [email protected]. Picture should include the DOT number on the side of the tire. Mud tires, race tires, tires series 35 and below, semi truck tires, off road tires, and run flat tires are excluded from the road hazard and repair reimbursement program. Only a true road hazard will be covered under the warranty program. The program will not cover vandalism or malicious intent..
